28 Feb 2010Is it 2 hours? 4 hours labor? plus parts…so that comes in around … what? $200? $350? more? Just a ball-park figure, please!!!
1997 Merc. Mtnr. V8, AWD. Front Drive shaft assembly does not match up to any assembly I have seen before. The front driveshaft seems to have half of the CV joint attached to it. Auto Parts stores do not know where to find a replacement. Any Thoughts?

14 Feb 2010I removed all the bolts and everything but the ball joint is stuck in the lower arm. What is the easiest way to take it out?
i have very crappy instructions on how to replace the axel in the manual. but i have better instructions to replace halfshaft on autozone… the parts store only has the axel. maybe i can find the cv halfshaft somewhere?

1983 honda civic.i just use it to drive small distances in a rural community but I do get up to 50km sometimes.It’s a great car..it just keeps going and going.Not very pretty though.Don’t really want to spend any more money on it.Is there a lot off danger here if it happens while driving at 50km
