Tail Light Replacement For 2005 Pontiac G6?

My 04 Nissan Sentra Ses Light Is On And Giving Code Po420 (bank 1) What Does This Mean?

5 Feb 2010Does this mean the catalytic converter is bad or is it the downstream (rear) 02 sensor? I just replaced the o2 sensor on the exhaust manifold about a month ago and now the light is back on with this new code.
I can not figure out how to adjust the level of my headlights on my 2003 nissan pathfinder. I think the 2002, 2003 and 2004 pathfinders are all the same, so if somebnody knows, please help me out.
